Get to Know Me

Maryann offers her clients over forty years of residential and commercial real estate experience in the South Jersey area. Her experience includes REO sales, Short Sales, Estates, Probate, and Senior Real Estate. She is a designated SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) assisting clients 50+. Maryann continues to educate herself and take courses to better serve her clients. Maryann is there for her clients from start to finish! She is a long-time resident of South Jersey. Maryann loves the Jersey Shore.
 
Her passions include photography, cooking, and most of all her Golden Retriever. She has worked with Bruce Associates since 1981. She is known to begin work early in the morning and often answers emails late into the evening. However, she maintains a well-rounded personal life that includes her husband, family, friends, and church.
 
Her goal is to make it a smooth transaction for them. She does that by preparing, educating, and assisting them to sell or buy. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Maryann knows that clients may have greater needs during the preparation, and might need advice from other experts. She provides the exemplary client care that is needed before and during the transaction. She knows that this is a special time for her clients and wants them to remember it fondly.
